Tip4Serv Store

The term “Tip4Serv Store” refers to the personalized digital storefront created by a seller on the Tip4Serv platform. This store enables sellers to offer digital products, subscriptions, and related services to their community.

Tip4Serv is a digital-only platform. Sellers may provide gaming-related digital content such as scripts, plugins, and other virtual benefits.

The platform also allows sellers to grant digital advantages to users on third-party services such as Discord servers and supported game servers (including but not limited to ARK and Rust), through automated integrations and plugins.

Sellers remain solely responsible for the content, configuration, and delivery of the digital products and benefits offered through their Tip4Serv Store.

Registration

Before registering you must agree to our terms and conditions by checking the box « I agree to terms and conditions », if you do not agree you will not be able to register. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions below before checking the box.

Intellectual Property Compliance

All sellers must respect intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Do not sell or promote copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected content without proper authorization.
• Ensure all digital goods, branding, and promotional materials comply with applicable intellectual property laws.
• Tip4Serv reserves the right to remove infringing content and suspend or terminate accounts involved in intellectual property violations.

Reporting Infringement

If you are a rights holder, end-user, or other affected party and believe that content on Tip4Serv violates intellectual property rights or our Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us at [email protected] with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

We promptly review all reports and may remove the content, suspend payment processing, or terminate the seller’s account where necessary.

Prohibited Activities

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not violate our policies as we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time.

Do not do anything illegal, abusive to others or technically abuse our service. If you generate revenue on Tip4Serv with your store, we can be held responsible for what you do with it.

We may review off-platform signals when necessary to protect Tip4Serv, users, and payment partners (e.g., fraud, circumvention, or prohibited use).

The monetization of content in the following categories is strictly prohibited on Tip4Serv (including sales, subscriptions, donations, paywalled posts, or any paid access).

• Illegal substances including drugs, controlled chemicals, or regulated plants.
• Tobacco-related products, including e-cigarettes and vape liquids.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or illegal knives.
• Stolen goods or items acquired through fraudulent means.
• Personal information or identification documents (e.g., passports, ID cards, bank data).
• Adult content and services, including nudity, pornography, explicit sexual acts, or adult live chats.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, patent, or proprietary rights (e.g., pirated media, leaked content, unauthorized distribution).
• Illegal gambling or betting services.
• Content that promotes or celebrates unlawful violence, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or other protected characteristics.
• Unregulated supplements, pharmaceuticals, medical claims, or products/services making health claims without required approvals.
• Cryptocurrency sales.
• Hacking tools or surveillance software (e.g., spyware, keyloggers).
• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, “get rich quick” schemes, or deceptive money-making programs.
• Sale, resale, transfer, or sharing of gaming accounts, digital platform accounts, or access credentials (including but not limited to Steam accounts, Roblox accounts, Discord accounts, or similar services).
• Unauthorized sale or resale of third-party gift cards, prepaid codes, virtual currencies, or digital credits (including but not limited to Steam Wallet codes, Roblox gift cards, or similar stored-value products not issued directly by the seller).

Restricted Activities Requiring Pre-Approval

Some products or services may be allowed only with prior written approval:

• Any gambling, prize draws, contests, or tournaments with an entry fee and a prize (only where legal and with prior written approval).
• Cryptocurrency or virtual currency-related products/services (prior written approval required and may be refused).
• Stored-value, gift cards, vouchers, or in-game currency systems (prior written approval required).

Donations and Support Payments

Tip4Serv allows sellers to receive voluntary support payments from their community. However, Tip4Serv is not a crowdfunding or charitable fundraising platform.

All donations processed through Tip4Serv must be linked to at least one clearly defined digital benefit, such as a role, grade, access level, in-game advantage, or other virtual feature. Pure monetary transfers without any associated digital product, access, or defined benefit are not permitted.

Sellers must clearly describe the digital benefit associated with each donation tier. Misleading, undefined, or symbolic-only rewards are prohibited.

Tip4Serv reserves the right to suspend stores that attempt to use the platform for personal fundraising, cash transfers, or activities not related to digital gaming content and community services.

Required Best Practices

All sellers must adhere to the following standards:

• Provide clear and truthful product descriptions.
• Comply with local and international laws.
• Offer responsive and helpful customer support.
• Ship all orders within the advertised timeframe.
• Do not use PayPal to bypass the platform or engage in off-site transactions.

Consequences of Violations

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in:

• Suspension or termination of your seller account.
• Freezing of PayPal/Stripe payouts or funds.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities, if illegal activity is involved.

Access to our services

We reserve the right to suspend your Tip4Serv store at any time or refund a buyer if we consider it necessary.

• When you register on Tip4Serv.com as a buyer or a seller you have access to all the features of the website. The creation, the hosting of the store and all the features of the website are free.
• When you start selling on Tip4Serv we charge a 5% commission on all your revenue generated on Tip4Serv.com

Payments, Delivery and Chargebacks

• Sellers must deliver goods/services as described and keep proof of delivery/performance.
• Misleading descriptions, non-delivery, or excessive disputes may lead to suspension and payout holds.
• Tip4Serv may request additional information to investigate disputes/chargebacks and may suspend payouts during review.
• Pre-sales are not allowed unless the seller can clearly demonstrate control/ability to deliver and provides clear timelines.

Tip4Serv Fees

PAYPAL: If you collect Paypal payments, we collect all the payments from your buyers which covers the 5% fee of your total revenue. In addition to this, you have to add Paypal fees.

STRIPE: If you have chosen Stripe as your payment method, then our 5% fee is deducted directly from each sale. In addition to this, you have to add Stripe fees.

Dispute Resolution

In short: if you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of Tip4Serv or these terms and conditions shall be decided by the courts in Paris, France.
These terms of use, all other Tip4Serv policies and any dispute arising between you and Tip4Serv are governed by French law.

Personal information

We only use and store your information when necessary for providing you with our service. Please see our privacy policy for detailed information on how we use your data.

Our right to vary these terms

• We may update this page at any time, so please check it regularly.
• If we decide to add a clause that you do not accept, you must stop using our website and your Tip4serv store if you have one.
• The date of the update is visible at the bottom of this page.

Your account and use of the Services

• We offer you the possibility to create your own Tip4serv store by creating a sub-domain such as: mystore.tip4serv.com and this service is free.
• The content of Tip4Serv store is your sole and entire responsibility and all content you create is at your own risk.
• You must not sell or post illegal content on your Tip4Serv store, copyright, contrary to French laws and the laws in force in your country of activity.
• We are not responsible for any problems with Paypal or Stripe or other Stripe partner payment methods. It is your responsibility to contact the payment gateway directly in case of problems.
• Your account information is not disclosed to any third party, it is only visible to our company and its employees.
• Your account is your responsibility and it is up to you to secure it with a strong password and a secure email address. We are not responsible if your account is stolen but we can help you to recover your account, for that contact us.

Service uptime

We strive to provide maximum availability of service. There are no guarantees or refunds provided in the event of a service outage. We are not responsible for issues that are outside of our control, this includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, ddos attacks, an issue with a third-party API necessary for the operation of Tip4Serv (API example: steam for FiveM, Discord API, Mojang API for Minecraft...).

Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of sales, lost or corrupted data and any indirect or consequential loss.
• Our total liability to you shall in no circumstance exceed 100% of the total fees paid by you in 12 months (one year), before the date on which the act or omission giving rise to the liability occurred.
• You shall remain solely responsible for complying with your legal duties and obligations, including (but without limitation) with respect for the content of your Tip4Serv store (with the exception being, content that we provide).
• We shall not be liable to you or any of your customers for any loss or liability arising out of any failure by you to comply with the terms of any agreement between you and any of your customers, or for your failure to comply with any other legal duties or obligations relating to your use or operation of Tip4Serv store.

Plugins for game servers

Tip4Serv provides its customers plugins to install on their game servers. These plugins provide the link between the game server and Tip4Serv. They allow commands to be executed on the server when a player has purchased an item from the store.

We strive to provide functional and up-to-date plugins but Tip4Serv is not held responsible for any malfunction of these plugins because they are hosted on the client's game server, this responsibility lies entirely with the server administrator. He will have to make sure to manage the conflicts between the plugins of his server and other bugs and to have a sufficiently powerful server.

Discord bot

The Tip4Serv Discord bot provides the link between the Tip4Serv shop and the Discord server of the seller (creator of the shop). He can perform ACTIONS after a customer buys a product on the store. Like adding roles to members of the Discord server, sending private messages, sending messages in channels…

It is the creator of the shop who has previously configured these ACTIONS in his Tip4Serv panel in MY PRODUCT.

Following datas is used to display in the seller's administration panel and use to communicate with the Discord bot and send instructions after a purchase on the store:

• Discord User IDs & tags (for payments list)
• Discord servers IDs (for servers that are connected to the store)

Other sites

When you visit and/or use other websites through Tip4Serv, whether it is a partner website such as Paypal or Stripe, we disclaim any responsibility for disturbances on these sites. You are entirely responsible for the use of these services.

Proof of transaction

The data recorded by the payment system used and chosen by the Client, Paypal or Stripe (banking establishment or other) constitute proof of all the financial transactions carried out by the Merchant, its Clients and the said establishment (or other organization).

Right to access files

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access and rectify the data concerning him, as well as a right of opposition. You can delete your account by logging in to your account then send us a request.
