As a seller on Tip4Serv you are required to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. This policy ensures the safety, legality, and integrity of all transactions on our platform.
The term “Tip4Serv Store” refers to the personalized digital storefront created by a seller on the Tip4Serv platform.
This store enables sellers to offer digital products, subscriptions, and related services to their community.
Tip4Serv is a digital-only platform. Sellers may provide gaming-related digital content such as scripts, plugins, and other virtual benefits.
The platform also allows sellers to grant digital advantages to users on third-party services such as Discord servers and supported game servers (including but not limited to ARK and Rust), through automated integrations and plugins.
Sellers remain solely responsible for the content, configuration, and delivery of the digital products and benefits offered through their Tip4Serv Store.
Before registering you must agree to our terms and conditions by checking the box « I agree to terms and conditions », if you do not agree you will not be able to register. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions below before checking the box.
All sellers must respect intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to:
Reporting Infringement
If you are a rights holder, end-user, or other affected party and believe that content on Tip4Serv violates intellectual property rights or our Acceptable Use Policy, please contact us at [email protected] with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
We promptly review all reports and may remove the content, suspend payment processing, or terminate the seller’s account where necessary.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not violate our policies as we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time.
Do not do anything illegal, abusive to others or technically abuse our service. If you generate revenue on Tip4Serv with your store, we can be held responsible for what you do with it.
We may review off-platform signals when necessary to protect Tip4Serv, users, and payment partners (e.g., fraud, circumvention, or prohibited use).
The monetization of content in the following categories is strictly prohibited on Tip4Serv (including sales, subscriptions, donations, paywalled posts, or any paid access).
Some products or services may be allowed only with prior written approval:
Tip4Serv allows sellers to receive voluntary support payments from their community. However, Tip4Serv is not a crowdfunding or charitable fundraising platform.
All donations processed through Tip4Serv must be linked to at least one clearly defined digital benefit, such as a role, grade, access level, in-game advantage, or other virtual feature.
Pure monetary transfers without any associated digital product, access, or defined benefit are not permitted.
Sellers must clearly describe the digital benefit associated with each donation tier. Misleading, undefined, or symbolic-only rewards are prohibited.
Tip4Serv reserves the right to suspend stores that attempt to use the platform for personal fundraising, cash transfers, or activities not related to digital gaming content and community services.

We reserve the right to suspend your Tip4Serv store at any time or refund a buyer if we consider it necessary.
PAYPAL: If you collect Paypal payments, we collect all the payments from your buyers which covers the 5% fee of your total revenue.
In addition to this, you have to add Paypal fees.
STRIPE: If you have chosen Stripe as your payment method, then our 5% fee is deducted directly from each sale.
In addition to this, you have to add Stripe fees.
In short: if you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any dispute arising in connection with your use of Tip4Serv or these terms and conditions shall be decided by the courts in Paris, France.
These terms of use, all other Tip4Serv policies and any dispute arising between you and Tip4Serv are governed by French law.
We only use and store your information when necessary for providing you with our service. Please see our privacy policy for detailed information on how we use your data.
We strive to provide maximum availability of service. There are no guarantees or refunds provided in the event of a service outage. We are not responsible for issues that are outside of our control, this includes, but is not limited to: natural disasters, ddos attacks, an issue with a third-party API necessary for the operation of Tip4Serv (API example: steam for FiveM, Discord API, Mojang API for Minecraft...).
Tip4Serv provides its customers plugins to install on their game servers. These plugins provide the link between the game server and Tip4Serv. They allow commands to be executed on the server when a player has purchased an item from the store.
We strive to provide functional and up-to-date plugins but Tip4Serv is not held responsible for any malfunction of these plugins because they are hosted on the client's game server, this responsibility lies entirely with the server administrator. He will have to make sure to manage the conflicts between the plugins of his server and other bugs and to have a sufficiently powerful server.
The Tip4Serv Discord bot provides the link between the Tip4Serv shop and the Discord server of the seller (creator of the shop). He can perform ACTIONS after a customer buys a product on the store. Like adding roles to members of the Discord server, sending private messages, sending messages in channels…
It is the creator of the shop who has previously configured these ACTIONS in his Tip4Serv panel in MY PRODUCT.

When you visit and/or use other websites through Tip4Serv, whether it is a partner website such as Paypal or Stripe, we disclaim any responsibility for disturbances on these sites. You are entirely responsible for the use of these services.
The data recorded by the payment system used and chosen by the Client, Paypal or Stripe (banking establishment or other) constitute proof of all the financial transactions carried out by the Merchant, its Clients and the said establishment (or other organization).
In accordance with the Data Protection Act, the Customer has the right to access and rectify the data concerning him, as well as a right of opposition. You can delete your account by logging in to your account then send us a request.
